The Local Pig offers hands-on classes in all aspects of butchering and charcuterie. And we do mean hands-on. Topics include breaking down animals, making sausages, and creating charcuterie! Classes will be in session each Sunday. BUTCHER BOX

Get your subscription here for an entire week’s worth of local eating. Each box is a 5, 7, or 10 pound selection of sausage, aged beef, free range chicken, heritage pork, handmade charcuterie and a prepared meal – for those nights when there’s no time to cook. You’ll get a selection of meats with cooking instructions.

Sign up is easy – there’s no contracts or commitments – pay for your box when you get to the shop.
